  We have had a service contract with Scoffield Heating Engineers for a couple of years and they had always been excellent, so when we needed to have an urgent replacement of our ancient boiler, they were our first choice. I cannot fault the service - the engineers were professional, courteous and tidy. They did their best to get the new heating system up and running as soon as possible, and Graham even stayed late on a Friday evening while National Grid checked the main gas supply to our house. This meant we did not have to endure a weekend of no heating and hot water in January, so we very pleased with this! Graham also took the time to explain how the heating controls work and made sure the timers/temp controls were set to what we wanted. The office staff were friendly and efficient - no problems at all with the invoice/payment system, and I was able to pay on-line which was very convenient for me. I would definitely recommend this company - you get a level of personal service that some of the larger national companies just do not provide.
